Conçu pour être compatible avec virtuellement n’importe quelle source de reproduction musicale (CD, CD de MP3, clé et disques USB, logiciel DJ, platines ou iPod), Mixdeck Express contrôle chaque plateau en MIDI et offre des fonctions de cue, brake, reverse et boucle, un crossfader qui interchangeable, et deux grands plateaux tactiles pour mixer et scratcher.
Une interface audio est également embarquée, et on trouvera des sorties XLR, des sorties casque sur jack 1/4” et mini-jack 1/8”, deux entrées micro (une en façade et l’autre à l’arrière) et des entrées auxiliaires RCA.
La section de mixage trois canaux comprend un égaliseur trois bandes avec kills rotatifs. Enfin, les deux lecteurs CD sont équipés de la protection anti-saut avec buffer Anti-Shock.
Le contrôleur Mixdeck Express sera livré avec Virtual DJ LE sur le continent américain et Traktor LE en Europe. Son tarif n’a pas été communiqué.
